Clowns are pretty fucked-up no matter how your slice it.
And then there's mimes...
The most disturbing thing about that image is the way the kid is touching the balloon and the clown reaching for his "area". Unless you're Lobot and all smooth down there, that's messed up.
They are totally going to harvest that kid's organs.
Oh, and Cohen: Lobot refers to that as his "Ken-and-Barbie smoothness." He tried describing it in an ALT tag once.
