Besides being super rad, Black Manta is an accomplished underwater blade master and the main reason I watched Superfriends back in the day. He's a straight up murder factory, an underwater Voorhees if you will. So, I flipped through a recent Brightest Day issue because Manta was on the cover beneath the banner "Aquawar" - and was greeted with a very nice surprise being dealt to my favorite underwater d-bag. How will Aquaman belittle and ride Topo around the ocean now?

Black Manta is indeed dope, however so is Aquaman.
Don't hate because you can't talk to Dolphins Ack...
Gotta hand it to Black Manta, he really has a grasp on how to finger Aquaman's weak points and cut to the point.
Also, Aquaman is horrible.
oh SNAPS! You di'int.
5 Points on the board for C. Horse.
(perhaps a 1/2 pt. for the associative name)
Aquaman's simmering lameness reminds me of Manglor...and the birthday upon which I received said Manglor...and when I tore-off his hand and forearm within minutes of said reception because I thought the lava mountain ooze was supposed to make the arm cauterize together again.
To this day, I hear Manglor's disembodied voice asking for his hand back.
"Mi ti doughty walker..."
Tonight, I'll tell him Aquaman has it in a chum busket.
I wish Black Manta would cut more parts off of Aquaman.
And feed them to you like a baby bird?
I love that Aqua-Douche is made entirely of tuna steaks and has no bones in his body. Lop his head off to see if he is a blue or yellow fin!
Yeah, that was a definite art fail there. His red mushy arm was the second thing I noticed after I stopped crying from the happiness.
This thread is full of win. A+
Is it still possible that Aquamenses was withholding a fist beneath a prosthetic hand and that he planned this whole rouse to further his demo reel for melodramatic acting?
That was Aqualads favorite hand too!
Would that make the other hand "The Stranger?"
"That was Aqualads favorite hand too!"
Best line ever. Post win to the Devil.
